Our Lead Team includes:

Dr. Shashikant Joshi, received research training in India and abroad. (Germany & Switzerland). After the post-doctoral research programmes he joined industrial research to work on improvements in raw material, processes, product designs, tests and evaluation including value engineering. Exposed to various customer requirements and systems application, he used analytical abilities to developed products to satisfy industry needs. With rich experience of 25 years in the field he is the chief technical officer to start this company and taking it newer heights.

Dr. Atul Bedekar, worked with natural products research and standardization of processes including isolation and characterization of active ingredients. Received his doctoral degree in natural products chemistry and has been active in industrial processes development, training & research, as well as in academic activities for over 25 years. He serves in advisory capacity to promote research & development activities.

Dr. Jagannath Rao, worked in the area of agro-biotechnology for over 40 years in India and abroad with various UN assignments. With a formal degree in Agricultural science, he went on to receive his D.Sc. from Tokyo University many years ago, he is now leading consultant to number of industrial houses in India. He brings in his rich experience to develop value added natural products and in their commercialization.

Srikanth Srinivasaiah, An Electronics engineer with a post graduation in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai, Srikanth is an entrepreneur-manager with a career spanning over 25 years in Information Technology. On one hand he has associated himself with large global clients and on the other has worked along with technology startups.
